Manifestation practices is a technique that coincides with the law of attraction –the theory that the energy of our thoughts, positive or negative, attracts experiences of the same energy to come into our lives, also known as like attracts like – by the concept that we attract what we give our attention to. The 369 manifestation method involves writing down what you intend to manifest within your life three times in the morning, six times during the day, and nine times in the evening. It is important to remember that there are no restraints on what you want to manifest; it can pertain to anything in your life that can benefit you and your well-being. You should journal your manifestation three times in the morning while focusing on the feeling and energy of what you want to attract and how it will feel when you attract it. Next, when you are journaling six times during the day, you should follow the same process, visualizing yourself being with what you desire. Lastly, write your desire nine times before bed by following the same technique you have used during the day. Remember to release this desire after each journaling to allow your manifestation to come to light. The initial three writings were to set the intention, the following six are to amplify them, and the final nine are to establish your manifestation.
What is the significance of the number: 369?
3: is a representation of our connection to the source or the universe, as well as our creative self-expression.
6: is a representation of our strength and harmony from within.
9: represents our rebirth from within, regarding letting go of what no longer serves us and changing into our best selves.
Tips for the 369 Method:
-Speak as if the manifestation is already yours.
-Try not to obsess over your manifestation; acknowledge that your desire is what you want and
release it.
-Be consistent with this technique.
-Trust that your manifestation will appear!
Overall, focusing on the things we want to attract and taking aligned action to achieve that can benefit everyone. The 369 Method is a tool that can be utilized for us to reflect on what we have, what we are grateful for, and what we want to achieve. Use words that can positively amplify your emotions and energy towards the things you want to attract.
