Vegan French Onion Dip
Serves 4
Ingredients:
-1.5 cups of vegan mayonnaise
-Juice of ½ a lemon
-1 tablespoon of dried minced onion
-1/2 tablespoon of dried garlic or garlic salt
-1 teaspoon of dill (fresh or dried)
-1 teaspoon of parsley (fresh or dried)
-1/2 teaspoon of salt
-1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Directions:
In a serving bowl, combine all ingredients together and mix until incorporated. Let the dip cool in the fridge for at least an hour, and remove when you’re ready to serve. Plate with homemade potato chips, cut vegetables, or even French fries to get your next party started!
